SOFT-TEC Staff
There are more than 70% of Ph.Ds. in SOFT-TEC staff. 15 of them are Professors, Doctors of Science. Younger staff members are mostly M.S. in Electronic Engineering and Computer Science.
Usually, a team working on a project consists of 1-2 Professors, who excelled in the relevant field of developments, several Ph.Ds., and a few M.S., Post Graduate or Graduate Students of the elite Universities, where those Professors and Ph.Ds. teach courses, give lectures and tutorials. Such team setup constructs a friendly, encouraging and creative environment, in which younger members gain experience and knowledge, and finally become mature experts with a strong commitment towards the high standards of performance adapted at SOFT-TEC.
But doing a project at SOFT-TEC is not just a responsibility. Our employees enjoy the company social programs and stability, not to mention the business climate, in which they can develop and exercise in their favorite science. All of these makes SOFT-TEC an attractive employer.
Future SOFT-TEC employees are carefully selected from a number of sources. We invite leading experts from various Institutes of the Russian Academy of Science and Industrial R&D organizations, especially from those, where a prominent scientific school was built or specific application knowledge was developed. Such are the Institute of General Physics, the Institute of Applied Mathematics, the Institute of Radio and Electronics, the Institute for Mechanical Problems and many others.
Younger SOFT-TEC staff is chosen among top graduates and promising senior students of elite Russian Universities, such as Moscow State University, Moscow Institute (University) of Physics and Technology, Moscow Institute (University) of Engineering Physics, Moscow Institute (University) of Electronics and Mathematics.
Diversity of skills and internal flexibility allows valuable human resources of SOFT-TEC to be quickly rearranged to tackle a new task or add support to an existing one.
